Before you decide
What is your management fee?
20% on FLEX with no contract, 18% on PARTNER for 12 months, or from 15% on COMMITTED for 24 months, depending on the property. No hidden charges.
What does it cost to get my unit guest-ready?
Usually around AED 4–5k for linen, TV, kitchen kit and photos. If the unit is unfurnished, we coordinate a full furnishing package.
Which areas do you manage?
Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Meydan, Bluewaters and other prime areas.
How quickly can my property go live?
Usually within 5–7 business days once the unit is ready and photographed, depending on platform approvals.
Can I stay in my property sometimes?
Yes. Block the dates you want in advance and the unit is yours.
How do I get paid?
